Revit Project
When I first started to incorporate my ideas into Revit I notice that this program was not going to be the ideal for me to develop my project. Prof. Jill also noticed that the program didn't have a connection so I decided to do some sketches and develop more my massing.
Massing Sketches
I grabbed a napkin and just started to sketch something and develop more my program. It was there were I decided to use Rhino to start my project since Rhino is more flexible and easier to develop a different massing.
Interior Program sketches
This sketch represents the first an second floor composition of my interior space. The Sketch from the right represents the entrance. The entrance will be an enclosed cylindrical path were I will show the history of beer which is depicted from ancient times in Western Civilization History. The cylindrical path represents the way the liquid flows from one process to another It will also give me a chance to put my brewery machinery at least 5' up from the floor and comply with my flooding requirement. The sketch from the left represents in a numerical order the way I want you to see the process of beer.
This two sketches represents the third level which will be a bar. The way this bar is going to work is by having open spaces were you can also enjoy the process of how beer is made. The sides will also move in a circular motion were there you see the whole process and also have the advantage to see the view of Brooklyn and Manhattan 360 degrees.
Rhino Massing

This is not my final massing since I didn't take into consideration that this project was going to be located in a Zone Flood Zone. My massing is not going to change a lot from the exterior but it will change from the interior.
I think Rhino is a good choice. You can also try Grashopper. And maybe, since you are using this software, look into parametric design.
