For this midterm presentation I have prepared my progress on my project. The passed week I have been focused on preparing my floor plans. After the floor plans; circulation and spaces have been determined my next step will be to start doing my façade and adding materials.

Yes, I would do circulations and secondary spaces with one colour, and the spaces for the function in another colour in both plans and section.

Each of these drawings should have its own sheet so that we can give better comments. I think the first floor needs to be reexamined to work better with the site. The upper floors are much better, but the long process of entering needs to be addressed and resolved.

ReplyDeleteThe Plans are not legible . Enlarged drawings with graphical scale will help. The sections need to have heights indicated. Definition of guest and service circulation shall be identified with color coding. Any thoughts about the emergency exit?
