Since my Project design will be a brewery and a restaurant, I did a research to understand what are the important spaces of both programs. I have also visited a number of breweries and restaurants which from my observation I listed an average square footage for each space.

I couldn't find the storage spaces for the raw material ( is it included as part of the grain room?) . Also you should keep provision for the daily supplies storage for the Restaurant Kitchen. I would normally provide more square footage for the out door dining to enable more relaxed and landscaped environment compared to the cozy indoor dining spaces ( However it depends on the number of seats.) Try reflecting the zones of public spaces, semi private, private and service zones in the bubble diagrams.
